The ground spike for the Fontenay garden shower ensures stability.
Turn on the water
The garden shower has a fitting with a teak handle for convenient regulation of the water flow. All that is necessary for setting up is a tap with a ¾ inch water connection and a standard 1/2 inch garden hose, which you can also order from Garpa. You will find this as well as a matching brass connection-set under "Accessories" further down this page.
Material and care
The shower head of the Fontenay garden shower is made of galvanised, powder-coated steel and has a rubber coating that prevents limescale build-up. Should limescale residues nevertheless occur, they can be removed without the use of harsh cleaning agents.
For the sake of the environment
The garden shower conserves resources in that it can also be used cold – without a gas or electricity connection – and the used water will do the garden good, instead of flowing into the sewage system. To avoid polluting the soil, we recommend showering with natural soap.
